"I emailed them about my order and expected..."
I emailed them about my order and expected a quicker response, but I ended up waiting days before anyone got back to me. They did reply eventually, so it wasn’t completely ignored, but by then I was already frustrated. What bothered me more is how they seem to hide behind little policy loopholes instead of just giving a clear, helpful answer. The whole thing felt slower and more complicated than it needed to be.

"Measuring was a little tricky"
I’m not sure if I was just missing something, but it took me a bit to figure out the measurements. Got it eventually, just wasn’t super clear at first.
"Fit was right where I wanted it"
I ordered my usual size and only really paid attention to the fit around the shoulders and sleeves, since that’s where shirts usually annoy me. Both were spot on for me, and it didn’t have that weird baggy feel. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I wasn’t totally sure what size to order at first, since sizing can be kind of hit or miss. But the Woodies sizing guide was easy to follow, so I measured myself the way they suggested and went with the size it recommended.
The shirt showed up and, to my surprise, it fit really well. Not too tight, not too baggy, just about right. I guess sometimes the size chart really does know what it’s talking about.

"Exchange was easy, but I’m a little less confident now"
I ended up having to exchange a pair because the size I ordered didn’t work for me. To be fair, the exchange itself was straightforward, and customer service got back to me quickly. The replacement even showed up sooner than I thought it would. So no real hassle there, which I appreciated. That said, needing to go through the exchange at all did make me a bit less trusting about ordering the right size from them next time.

"Not the best choice for a gift..."
I ordered from woodies.com for a birthday gift, and honestly... it just didn’t feel very gift-ready when it showed up!!
The item itself was okay, nothing terrible, but the packaging was super plain??? Like, not really something I’d feel good handing over as-is. I also wish the sizing/fit info had been clearer, because buying for someone else already feels like a guessing game!!!
If you’re ordering for yourself, it’s probably fine... but as a gift, it felt a little risky, and yeah, kind of disappointing!!

I got my order from woodies.com and overall I’m really happy with it. You can tell some care went into making it—the edges are clean, the wood feels sturdy, and it doesn’t have that cheap finish or any wobbly parts. It looks even better in person. I noticed one tiny spot that wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it’s barely noticeable and doesn’t take away from it at all. Really solid craftsmanship, and I’d definitely buy again

"Slow replies and too much verification"
I ordered a few bits from Woodies and had a question about the delivery, so I emailed customer service thinking it would be a quick enough thing. Instead, I was waiting days for a reply, which was really frustrating because I was trying to plan around when the order would show up.
When they finally got back to me, the response was brief and didn’t really answer everything. On top of that, I had to keep verifying details again, which felt unnecessary and just dragged it out even more. The items arrived fine in the end, but the customer service side was slow and not that helpful

wasn’t expecting it to arrive so quick. I ordered from woodies.com and it was at my door a couple days later everything was in good shape too. The shipping updates were actually useful and made it easy to know what was going on. Happy with the whole thing

"Fair prices and better quality than I expected"
I picked up a few bits the prices were good for what you get. The quality was better than I was expecting too. I had a quick question before ordering and support basically said, "Yep, that should work fine, and just reach out if anything’s off," which was reassuring. Overall, happy with it.

The box arrived nice and neat, and everything inside was in perfect shape. I’m really satisfied that nothing got damaged during shipping.

I was trying to do my shopping online and, the selection felt kind of limited. Like, I kept searching for things I normally buy and just... couldn’t find a bunch of them. Ended up missing about half the stuff I needed, so that was a bit frustrating

I ordered a few garden bits and some paint from Woodies, and everything turned up fine with no hassle at all. The prices seemed reasonable too, unless I’m missing something? Overall, I was happy enough and I’d order from Woodies again next time.

I thought they looked a little darker in the online photos, so when they arrived I was kind of like… hmm. Still, they’re decent glasses overall, just not exactly the shade I had in mind.

"Cute, but hmm... not the comfiest"
I really wanted to like these because the style is nice. Like, they look good on, but the fit just didn’t feel great for me. They were tight in a few spots and after wearing them for a couple hours they started feeling stiff. For the price, I guess I was expecting them to be more comfortable. Not awful or anything, just probably not something I’d buy again.

"Support was fine once they got back to me"
My order showed up with a piece missing, so I had to contact support. It did take a few days for them to reply, which was a bit annoying, but to be fair, they did sort it out in the end. I’m not saying it was amazing service or anything, but it wasn’t awful either. These things happen, and at least they fixed the issue...

"Fabric is alright, but I had doubts after paying"
The fabric feels decent overall, but it’s definitely thinner than I expected. After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure about whether it would be worth it, and now that it arrived, I’d say it’s okay but not amazing.

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted to love these shirts. The designs are clean and easy to wear, and they definitely have that polished look I usually like from them. But a few of the styles feel a bit too basic for the price. They’re not bad at all, but they also didn’t totally wow me this time.
